I just wanted to drop a note and tell you what a great time I had at Desert Pines. When I arrived there, I was already in their system, they gave me a bucket of range balls, and I played on a really beautiful course. You can be assured I'll use you again on my next visit to Las Vegas. |

I just wanted to let you folks know that I used your services and reserved a tee time at Desert Pines Golf Club. I ... was looked after to the tiniest detail. Club rentals through your organization are second to none. We chose the new R7 option. So impressive in fact, that my playing partner is now purchasing some now that we are back home again. Club drop off at Harrah's was just as you had instructed, Service at Desert Pines was first class at every level. The course was beautiful...well worth your recommendations. Thanks again and I will do my very best to spread the word of your organization to anyone going south. |

As the subject suggests, just a short note to say thank you for your efforts over the arrangement of my trip. All went extremely well and all three courses were fantastic, if a little tough!! Bali Hai was superb in every way. The greens there were awesome to say the least. Both Badlands and TPC Las Vegas were like playing golf on the moon ... not that I've ever played that club!! The greens at the Canyons were 11' at 7:30 am! All were in perfect condition with absolutely nothing out of place.
The staff at all three courses should be praised for their friendly welcome and overall efficiency. That includes the restaurant and green keeping staff, all of which were obviously proud of what they do for a living. |

Thanks for your help and follow up in calling while we were in Vegas. Maybe you could teach the Management at the hotel what it truly means to give customer service. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the fantastic experience from beginning to end. The reservations were perfect; everything was ready to go upon our arrival, with absolutely no hassle.
More important was the "Credit" being handled without even a phone call on my part. The credit was for poor green conditions due to frost.
I will be sure to recommend your company to the many people I cross paths with daily in business and pleasure. Thanks again! |
