Rio Secco and Harrah's Entertainment have teamed up to become the new host for the popular Wendy's Three Tour Challenge for the next two years.

Rio Secco will not only host the Challenge, but will also host the Pro-Am event the day prior to the Challenge, starting with this year's event.

Scheduled to take place on November 10th and 11th, television coverage of the event will not air until December 13th and 14th on ABC Television.

A unique event when compared to other PGA, LPGA, and Champion's Tour events, the Wendy's Three Tour Challenge is a unique one-day event set up as a team competition between the three tours with three players per side.

Each player competes in a threesome against the other two tours in two separate nine-hole stroke matches.

Helen Alfredsson, Natalie Gulbis, and Cristie Kerr are representing the LPGA. The Champions Tour is sending Fred Funk, Jay Haas, and Nick Price to compete, and the PGA team has not been finalized as of the beginning of October.

The tournament is the benefactor to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, which raises money for foster care programs and helps bring adoption issues to the public.
